This guarantees functionality and ensures that our programs are interpretable, well documented, and easy to follow. Program testing is carried out meticulously using a documented procedure and a mark-off list, ensuring that the specification is adhered to.
All MES configuration and custom programming is extensively documented in plain English, allowing the code to be clearly understood and followed by Engineers who may not have been involved in the orginal development.

Electrical designs are produced and installed to Australian standards, incorporating customer standards as required. Our internal drawing standard ensures that all drawings are easy to follow and consistent. In particular, PLC I/O loop drawings detail all aspects of the connection to the controller, including physical address, logical address, terminal numbers, and polarity. Our electrical design staff specialise in PLC and control systems design, coordinating with software staff throughout a project to guarantee smooth integration and a well designed end product.
